Terms & Conditions — The Movement Method (Miami)

1) Ticketing & Registration

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. See Section 2.

Your purchase reserves one (1) seat for the above date and location.

Tickets are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed by email.

Each attendee must register under their legal name; bring a matching photo ID to check‑in.

Transfers: One (1) name change per ticket is allowed until 7 days before the event. Email [email protected] with your order details.

Tickets may not be resold above face value and may not be used for promotions without written consent.

2) No Refunds — All Sales Final

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, travel delays, illness, weather, or failure to attend.

Processing fees and taxes (if any) are also non‑refundable.

Chargebacks/Disputes: Initiating a chargeback to circumvent this policy is prohibited. You agree to reimburse us for any chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Where a refund is required by law, we will comply with applicable law.

3) Event Changes, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

We may modify content, presenters, schedule, or format at any time to ensure a quality educational experience.

If circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue issues, government orders, public health events) make the event impracticable, we may reschedule or convert to an equivalent experience.

If we cancel and do not reschedule within a reasonable period, you will receive event credit toward a future class of equal or greater value. No cash refunds except where required by law.

4) Class Format & What to Bring

This is a Look & Learn education experience unless otherwise stated in the event listing.

Recording of full demonstrations is not permitted. Short, non‑disruptive clips and stills are allowed during designated moments at the presenters’ discretion.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the program; no refunds or credits for missed content.

5) Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this policy—without refund or credit.

6) Health & Safety

Follow all venue rules, posted instructions, and presenter guidance.

If you have sensitivities to hair color, aerosols, or fragrances, please plan accordingly.

Do not touch tools, products, or models unless expressly invited by the presenters or staff.

7) Assumption of Risk & Release

You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with professional hair services and demonstrations (e.g., exposure to chemicals, sharp tools, heat tools).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks of attendance and release the Organizer, presenters, and venue from claims arising out of your participation, except for claims caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8) Intellectual Property & Materials

All curriculum, slides, handouts, techniques, and recordings are protected intellectual property.

You receive a personal, non‑transferable, non‑commercial license to use the information in your own salon practice.

Reproduction, distribution, teaching of the curriculum, or posting full demonstrations online without written permission is prohibited.

9) Media Release

By entering the event, you grant the Organizer the right to photograph/record you and to use your likeness, voice, and statements for educational, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media, without compensation.

10) Accessibility & Accommodations

If you require reasonable accommodations, please email [email protected] at least 10 days prior to the event. We will make good‑faith efforts to assist.

11) Privacy

We collect and process your registration details to manage the event and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data. For questions, contact [email protected].

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to any attendee for any claims related to the event is limited to the ticket price paid.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or travel costs.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, presenters, and venue from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your negligent acts or omissions at the event.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami‑Dade County, Florida.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the sales page at the time of purchase applies to your order.

16) Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the NO REFUNDS policy.
